U13 ($20), U18 ($50), Open ($80,) Over 30 ($80)
(Includes Team Shirt, & Meal Voucher)
Minimum 6 games per team
Registration forms are available at Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre,
Surface Board Shop, various Greater Victoria schools and businesses,
and on this web site.

Deliver registration form and payment to the Juan de Fuca Recreation
Centre, 1767 Island Highway, or Surface Boardshop at Westshore Town
Centre before July 3rd, 2011.

Divisions:
U13, U18, Open, Over 30
- All divisions are Co-ed
- Teams must have a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 5 players
- Teams must have at least 1 male and 1 female player on the court
at all times
